how to do a speedtest

I have tried to to a speedtest by going to speedtest and speakeasy and both require a flash player client.

I followed their requirement instructions but adobe says that they dont have a player for the Sprint Touch.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: how to do a speedtest

the way most people have been doing it is tethering it to your computer (whether via bluetooth or USB).

TO get it working through USB do the following:

1.) Disable your current internet connection in Network Connections on your computer

2.) Open up internet Connection Sharing on your mobile phone and hit connect

3.) Then connect your USB cable to the phone

That's all you have to do and then go to speedtest.net on your computer and you'll be able to test the speed of the Sprint Connection.

When your done just disconnect the USB and ENABLE your primary internet connection.

Re: how to do a speedtest

Question here with the tethering though: Is it possible to do that with Sprint SERO without paying more? I was under that impression tethering cost more.

Thanks!
