how to disable internet new 6.1/ gps upgrade

okay so i upgraded to the new radio, and then flashed to JD's 6.1 rom thats compatible with the new radio everytime i delete my connection settings they appear again after a soft reset i want them gone completely how do i do that?

try deleting HTC_CM_Guardian.lnk from the startup folder in windows...

that file isnt in the startup folder?
