Take contacts from V3M and transfer to new xv6900?

How can I do this? I did the verizon backup assistant crap they offer but, of course It doesn't work with the xv6900.

So now im back at square 1.

well, there is really no really "easy" way to do it. Does your motorola have a option to let you send contacts via bluetooth? if so, see if it lets you beam the entire list. If no, u can still beam them one by one.

There are a few programs out there, but programs that let you take contacts from a non smartphone to a smartphone are few and far between, if they exist at all.

The good thing is once you get your contacts in your new phone, there are PLENTY of free options that will let you back-up/sync your contacts, email, and things like that.

If someone else knows otherwise feel free to correct me

go to your contacts and try looking for a menu or something like that, then a send or beam button

you can use motorola tools to sync up the contacts to your outlook.

then sync you vogue with outlook

doesnt MPT cost?

it requires a fair amount of knowledge to do this though, thats why i didnt suggest it, it would work though.

you should try in store. They transfer contacts quickly and easily from their phones usually.
