well, there is really no really "easy" way to do it. Does your motorola have a option to let you send contacts via bluetooth? if so, see if it lets you beam the entire list. If no, u can still beam them one by one.
There are a few programs out there, but programs that let you take contacts from a non smartphone to a smartphone are few and far between, if they exist at all. The good thing is once you get your contacts in your new phone, there are PLENTY of free options that will let you back-up/sync your contacts, email, and things like that. you can use motorola tools to sync up the contacts to your outlook.
then sync you vogue with outlook |

you should try in store. They transfer contacts quickly and easily from their phones usually.
