Phone headset for Touch - not music

I've been using my Motorola H700 with my Touch and find it is not loud enough. At the other end, people make the same comment.

What phone headset/earpiece works well with the Touch, giving good volume and clarity? I don't need to have stereo for music as I am only using this for phone.

I prefer a mini-usb charger so the headset and Touch charge off the same cable.
