Clock Question

Here's another one that can't seem to figure out.
I liek to have the time display on the title bar for any program I am in, but lately with that option check instead of showing the time, it shows a little clock icon and it will let me know about upcoming appointments.
Like I said before with that option it would just show the time that is it.
Any ideas?

The clock can have two modes, analog and digital, that can be alternated by holding your stylus on the clock for a couple secs.
