No i used it for over an hour yesterday at my hotel. The wireless in the hotel was slower and dropped more than using pam.
And no I don't have pam on my plan so it's not anything to do with that.

I had this same problem previous. I even went to Sprint store to see if they could get it to work. The best thing i found is to flash to the newest STOCK rom out there. When you then flash to it, it will work. Trust me i was on the phone with tech support and all this stuff. Flash to newest STOCK=Working.

Bluetooth pan works perfectly on my Touch with 6.1 update from HTC.

Ok your fixed worked.....sorta, the MAC now knows the phone can use BT PAN, but it's not picking up the internet of it

I didn't even have to use the fix for it. Running your clean rom with 10.5.5 on my macbook and it works just fine.
When setting it up you can select use the internet connection from the phone. For some reason it doesn't pick up the connection through the pan connection but if you just dial the bluetooth connection it works just fine. My phone doesn't even show it's connected to the internet but my laptop is.
After looking through the settings it appears that at one point or another I did go in and manually enter my username/password and #777 in to the bluetooth connection.

I wish i could help on this one, but i am clueless about mac's and their settings.

Im running Windows Vista on my Tablet PC...(which i tether thru ICS pan)

P.S. I also tether to my Nokia N810 but i dont need the reg Fix for that one, only the btdun cab.

This Fix primarly works on HTC Vogue w/ Sprint.

I could be wrong though...
