Others have noticed the shaking as well. I'm having Verizon send me a new one. Thanks for the info guys!

Phew! I received my replacement and the screen is fine. the screen shaking was such a weird thing; I've never had a WM device do that. I hope no one ends up with it as a referb! lol

My replacement don't shake, but the screen refreshes at a slower rate. So my eyes are stinging with tears. I have Asurion send me new one.
