Need Help With Touch 12 Keypad!

So I downloaded a program called Oxios which is suppose to clean up my registery (I believe) to make it run faster and free up loose memory. Problem is I had outdated PocketCM downloaded and for some reason when I went to clean up my memory, it asked me if I wanted to delete some files and not thinkign it was anything important, I said yes. Well it apparently deleted the PocketCM and my stock 12 keypad.

So I downloaded the Touch keypad again but now i'm having some minor issues. Before I could just type in a name and when I clicked on it, it would automatically fill in the persons phone number but it no longer does this. I have to manually enter the full number or go into my contacts.

Also, now I have to re-add all my new words but when I go to add the word, it shows up twice. so for an example, it'll look like this" Hi therethere, how are you?"

Anybody have a clue as to what's going on or how to fix this?
