Internet Explorer Stuck In Fullscreen

Hello Everyone,

My Interenet Explorer is stuck in full screen and I cant get it out of full screen. I've tried everything, I'm sure there is an easy fix, but I cant find it.

tap and hold in the middle of the screen (not on a link though) when the menu pops up de-select full screen...
