Question regarding HHC and Alltel Touch

I"m trying to get the HHC custom weather function to work, though it won't pick up any weather info on any city I enter. The only time it picks up data is if the city is entered in the DEFAULT cities through the DEFAULT weather icon (not using HHC). Has anyone got some experience in this matter? please advise.

I've got the Alltel Touch and use the HHC with no problems. Enter your City in the Custom DB then select that DB to use rather than default.

I did that. I used it quite a bit on my 6800, but the touch won't accept a custom zip/city.
