Bell music store and new java manager

Has anyone been able to get Bell music store to work with the new esmertec java manager 3.1?

After installing the new java manager I can not run music store. I get an error "music store has been disabled because no authorizing certificate can be found"

I tried to download and install the newest music store but it will not install giving me this error "music store could not be installed because the permission javax.microedition.media.manager could not be found on this device"

Music store works fine before upgrade to 3.1

Has anyone else experienced this? Or know how I can solve this problem ?
