Touch auto switching between ringer settings

Hi. I knew there had to be more people having this issue. I went back to 6.0 where i do not have this problem. I also don't have any of the apps you have theTastyCat (except of course for OfficeMobile.

I would love to try another 6.1 ROM but I'm afraid of having this problem again. Can't wait till Apple comes out with a CDMA phone that runs WM too

what ROM do you have 6.0? Sprint? I went back to the stock Sprint 6.0 and do not have the problem anymore.

I have the Sprint rom. I notice it with my stereo headset since it connecnts and disconnects so much.

Well, I just upgraded to OMJ's 6.1 with GPS /REV A and the problem came back. Sheeesh! I'm going to try posting the issue in his upgrade post and see if we can get an anser. I hope it's just a registry thing.

I hope all of you are still following this thread. Unfortunately, I have not had any luck fixing this issue. I have also posted in other threads and looked on other forums. Have any of you been able to find a fix?

Also, what headsets are you using? I use a Jabra BT5010. It has the sliding boom arm. Maybe it's the brand that's causing the problem.

it's been happening to me as well for no f#*king reason . It seems to cycle from vibrate to off and sometimes on by itself. It's not such a big deal for me, but I work in a quiet office and to have it switch to on when I get a text with my text ringer being Howard Deans' infamous scream is kind of embarrassing.

I feel your pain bud! It's driving me nuts and there doesn't seem to be anyone that knows how to fix it.

What headset are you using?
