hard reset
how do i save my contacts before i do a hard reset? i couldn't get my outlook on my computer to sync with my phone, if i could save it to my sd card that would be great too.

PIM backup and restore
http://freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-down...ckup-v2-8.html This will save your contacts to your storage card so it is not lost. DO NOT CHANGE THE FILE NAME AT TIME OF BACKUP!! WILL NOT WORK!!

if you go you go to to activesync somewhere in activesyncs setting there will be something saying replace items on device or pc make sure it says replace items on pc and it will save your contacts to your pc.
