I too tried calling several times and was denied. They said they weren't allowed to do it. One rep called me back and set up a time for ZV to call me tomorrow at 6:30am. Sounds early, but 6:30am in Hawaii is 9:30am in CA and 12:30pm on the East Coast.

Has everyone who's ordered been able to get the $30 data plan???
