Caller ID Locale Notification

*Disclaimer* I did a search for this and came up with just one thread for the Titan, and the program seemed not to work for Windows Mobile 6 or better.
If there is one I missed please forgive my noobness....

Anyway, I am trying to find a program that will enable the caller ID of unknown callers to tell me at least where they are from. This is a basic function on the unsmart (dumb just isn't PC) phones, so one would think that a phone with some intelligence could do this no problem. Has anyone seen anything like this? I know there is a program called WhoozCalling (or something like that) but it also doesn't work with Windows Mobile 6.
