I searched and cannot quite find an answer for this.

Is there a way to change the pics on the SPB Shell Photo Dialer?

Of course...go to ur default contact app. and change the picture there, that is supposed to and should change it...

Sorry, I meant the contacts themselves. There doesn't seem to be an edit option to change the contacts around on the shell dialer.

If you're talking about Mobile Shell then press and hold on any of the pictures and some options should pop out.
