Re: Speed up dialpad reaction
Go to phone menu/options/keypad:turn it off...
It turns the sound off let you dial faster. |

Re: Speed up dialpad reaction
Thanks, but thats not really the solution im looking for. Im hoping there is some sort of registry entry setting that will allow me to adjust the delay between my finger hitting the screen and the button animation pressing down.

Re: Speed up dialpad reaction
1) Press your physical talk button
2)Press menu (bottom right hand corner) 3)Press Options 4)Last option "Keypad" Change to Off 5) Hit Ok IT seemed to speed mine up a bit. |

Anyhow, that has not resolved the issue. I can dial as fast as i want, i guess i always could, however i dont see the "push down" animation unless i dial very slowly, and deliberately press each button. I hope I'm not being unclear, when you press a number on the screen itself slowly and deliberately you will see the keypad number press down, as if you were hitting an actual button. Can i speed this animation up? Thanks. |

Re: Speed up dialpad reaction
You could always type slower. Or just look at the field box where the numbers show up. It seems you are performing a task faster the phone can react to. Is it that important you see the animation of the number you pressed?

Re: Speed up dialpad reaction
No, its not a huge deal, i just thought someone would have found a registry tweak for this by now. I didnt even notice it until my girlfriend bought a palm, and the dialer on that phone reacts very quickly, really looks like your pressing an actual button every time you dial. It would just be a nice aesthetic feature.
