Louder Ringtone

I have had a fun day flashing my phone and installing a bunch of stuff. I mainly started the day looking how to make the ringtones louder. I used the file from SCRUFDOG and it made it silent. Well I didnt have the correct ROM. Well i downloaded DEREKS ROM and am running it now. I want to use the program from SCRUFDOG but dont know if its a 3.XX rom. Does anyone know the answer??

THe speaker is VERY VERY Weak, I have blown 3 speakers now, nothing crazy either.. Honeslt,y I think the ring tones are LOUD!!! to begin with!

I use the modded audiopara file that makes the top 2 settings really loud and the botton 2 settings really quiet. Works well for me. The only time I thought the speaker was too low was when watching sprint tv and that is the main reason I wanted to up the volume.

use the D-pad to increase volume while watching sprint TV

Another thing you can do is just use a WAV or MP3 editor to increase the volume of the Ringtone and then just copy back to your phone

Note.. It will usually clip the song if you do that, meaning it will sound horrible..
Just forget about the .cvs file thing, and get the tcpmp player and increase the audio there, go to settings audio and increase 1 click. DONE

what you want to do is use the graphic EQ to roll off the bottom 150-200hz of frequency. The low end is what causes the spakers to distort and blow. Then you can normalize/increase the gain until you're happy, just make sure the original file is not distorting/clipping and you're set.
