stange issue

at dont mind my typing.

so my touch was frozen today at the weatherpanel. no big deal its done that before. I soft reset and can back with all my programs with omj 6.1 rom normal and my other programs that i added to it turn the setting back to default stock. so none of my settings like my pcmkeyboard skin, touch picture contacts where blank, s2u2 stock setting, background stock windows, wktask stock, ui tweaker stock, you know just personal setting all back to stock on these programs. no big deal i can change them and reinstall. The only setting that stuck was my ultimate launch program, thank god that did take some time to set up. my ifade cube is set up to my personal changes too. the big problem now is i cant connect to the web, no data connections. i checked my setting and nothing seems out of norm. you think i need to call sprint for help? any ideas? tia.
