Align Screen not Working

I am not able to Align my screen it just sits there, I no the screen is fine, i can tap that exact place and i can open a program or something. Also my transcriber does not work. Other than that everything is fine. I am running 6.1.
Any Ideas?

I would recomend a hard reset, or a re-download and flash, or re-cook and flash depending on what method you took to get to 6.1. probably just a temporary software glitch

are you running ftouchSL? If so, you need to disable that before you can align the screen.
