Change Long Press End Key to a specific App????

I would like to change "Long Press End Key" to launch S2U2 instead of using the internal device lock. Does anyone know how to do this?

I have been searching the registry for almost 45 minutes now and have found nothing. I also tried a google search but with no results.

hmmm, do you know what the long press executes right now? if it's a .ink you could just edit it to point to s2u2, but if it's a .exe, this is a job for someone who knows more

Will this app actually do what I want it to do? There is no description on that link you posted and I'm not paying for it if I don't know what it does.
