Disabling Display Light While in Cradle

How do I disable the display / light while the phone is in its cradle? I would like to keep it off and have it wake up for calls.

I would like to know the answer to this also. When the phone is charging and i get a text or a missed call the backlight will dim and always stay on until i unplug it.

Anyway of changing this?

I will give S2U2 a try and post back. The only thing that was keeping my from this is that damn fish BG. Is there a way to change it?
