Looking for HTC Touch Dual Comm Manager

I am looking for the HTC Touch Dual Comm Manager as the title to the thread obviously implies.

I have already tried this version here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=334336
but it did not work.

I guess what I am looking for is the comm manager included in this ROM here:
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=21289
only not the Vista one. I am looking for the Touch Dual style one with the gray colors.
