S2U2 Changing wallpaper

Hey everyone.... now I know this question has had to be ask and answered before... probably a hundred times, but I'm hoping one of you kind persons can answer it for me so I don't have to spend an hour looking.

Can you please explain in detail (yes, I'm a noob) how to change the wallpaper using S2U2. I've downloaded and installed the latest and greatest version today and it seems to be running great. I would love to get rid of that flower wallpaper and replace it with something better. Maybe even a moving .Gif picture.
