S2U2 Changing wallpaper
Hey everyone.... now I know this question has had to be ask and answered before... probably a hundred times, but I'm hoping one of you kind persons can answer it for me so I don't have to spend an hour looking.
Can you please explain in detail (yes, I'm a noob) how to change the wallpaper using S2U2. I've downloaded and installed the latest and greatest version today and it seems to be running great. I would love to get rid of that flower wallpaper and replace it with something better. Maybe even a moving .Gif picture. Thank you so much in advance Tex |
Re: S2U2 Changing wallpaper
you need a registry editor, I would tell you what keys to edit, but I don't use s2u2 anymore. do a reg search for s2u2 in the reg editor, and everything you see in the registry will be fairly straightforward from there, there is a text file somewhere in the installation dir. that explains all the reg keys, and what values to use if you require certain results, sorry I could not be more helpfull, but like I say, I have not used the prog. in a while.

Re: S2U2 Changing wallpaper
I like the iphone clownfish wallpaper that came the original slide to unlock, it takes a little searching but you can still find version 1.17 for download (apple's lawyers made some sites take the installer down). It's a good photo and it psychs out iphone owners when you hand them your touch ;)

Re: S2U2 Changing wallpaper
bringing this back from the dead... In the customizer, if you change the wallpaper in portrait to \my documents\my pictures\ it gets a random picture in there. Is there a way to specify which actual file? or do you always have to rename your picture wallpaper and stick it in the gfx folder?

Re: S2U2 Changing wallpaper
Honestly, all you have to do is (on your phone):
Navigate to Program Files / S2U2 / gfx In there, replace the wallpaper.jpg with any picture you want that's the proper resolution (240 x 320). name the file wallpaper.jpg, and drag it in the folder. It will overwrite the flower one. That's it. |
