Can't blame him really -- he says whats on the memo (which might be vague).

most of them are script kiddies. You can call 10 agents and they all say the same thing. I called twice today and I always trip them up by asking them thier name first instead of just giving them my phone number. Usually breaks the ice and they work with you a little better.
