How to get the MMS program to work

I hate to ask such a stupid question, but I have been unable to figure it out. I searched through the threads on hear to find a program that would allow me to be able to send pic mail using MMS and installed this a program found at this link: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=2955&d=1194408144

Everytime I have tried sending a pic mail since the install, I get a message failed message. I have already have a pic mail account set up but that still has not solved the problem. Any suggestions???
