VocieCommand/Media Player

Let me start off by saying I have zero skills in making modifications to the Htc touch or the registry, I'm hoping there is a simple solution.
Voice command is great but it works poorly with the media player.
I need one of 2 things.
1. A different media player or my prefered solution
2. The ability to customize the Genre of Windows Media Player by putting names that I want into genre such as Rock or Oldies, then I'd need the know how of how to move songs into the sub genres I created. That way I could say to Voice Command Play songs by genre and say "Rock" and the songs I put into the Rock section would play

If I could that Windows Media player and voice command would really work well together. Seems like this should be possible.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
