Re: Contacts Lost

Now i am pissed... I LOST ALL my contacts in Outlook and MSN when i used activsync. All i have left is what's on this phone. What gives any thoughts? and where else should i save the contacts from my phone before i loose that too.

Re: Contacts Lost

it would be helpful if you could list some of the steps you followed to sync your contacts. for example, after you create your sync partnership and before your first sync, you might be presented with the option of "replacing the items on your device with the items on your PC (e.g., in Outlook)" or "replacing the items on your PC (in Outlook) with the items on your device". if you choose yes for the first option and there are no contacts in outlook, it might wipe out your contacts on the phone. personally, i use Outlook to backup my contacts vs Windows Live... if you have the same contact in Outlook and Windows Live, one may overwrite the other or you could end up with duplicates.
