Some people say "yes" and some times it works but I would say "no" it could cause problems. Start fresh and install all your cabs again and use PIM back/other backup app to restore your contacts.

I confused is codys sms the palm sms?

I used to use the palm one, but now i use sms-chat, only because of dash wire, and i like to be able to read the incoming messages. Otherwise I really like the palm one, mainly because I am a former palm user who texts 5k messages a month

Yes, Cody basically packaged it and made different versions with different shortcuts.

ok that's what i thought. dose Codys sms have a fix for the keyboard hiding the typing field?

I don't believe so, I read last week online that it is "supposed" to drop on 1 April... Take that for whats it worth.. We all know how "RELEASE DATES" go... =)

Use this Reg hack to be able to move the keyboard:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sip\Now

go to DragStyle and change (0) to (1)

It's from this link:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sip\Now

It works great with the stock keyboard and also, my favorite, the TouchPal keyboard

did that it cuts off the bottom of the pocketcm keyboard haven't found a fix for it yet but im still looking.
