Hard Reset Help

Hi everyone, great website. I have run into an annoyance with my sprint touch. I had been putting alot of apps and switching image files and what have you. My touch had really good battery life and was very FAST. I finally got my touch setup the way i wanted it. I HARD RESET my device and reloaded the software and skins and such that i wanted on my device. Now if i open the dialer go to contacts and choose/make a call when i end the call and back out of everything my start button doesnt come back until i cycle the power button, my screen refresh has slowed significantly when i use the power button to turn it off(sleep, not off off) overall device speed is down to about 2/3 of original.??? Anyone else have this problem(s)?
im running no custom roms or anything. mild software...polens keyboard/dialer,spb/poorlyducks calc and skin, different today skin, hhc customizer for the capt. jagger flames clock font, pTravel alarm clock.
ROM=1.12.651.1, RADIO=2.13, HARDWARE VERSION 0001, PRL VERSION=60610, PRI VERSION 1.33_003...Any help would be greatly appreciated. If i hard reset all the problems go away. Do i really have to run 1by1 the progs?? or god forbid run mytouch bone stock???? Please help
