Installing iCube

I'm trying to figure out a way to install the iCube on my Sprint Touch.

I searched all over the forums but can't find the answer to my problem.

What i did was:

1) Go on the Thread Titled: "Introducing the iCube"
2) Download and install " Total Commander" in the Windows Directory.
3) Download and install " iCubeV1_11.zip" in the Windows Directory.

But after i installed and restarted my Touch. It boots up in the regular window as usual.

I know this sounds like a total noob question. But i searched all over the forums to no avail.
