Live Search icon on the home screen

ok the icon on the home screen worked, i couldnt do the speak so when i went to menu on live search it wouldnt allow me to update.

i went to windows live and typed in the link on the IE to download it on the phone which i did and now i have the speak option.

problem is on the icon on the screen it give a error " live search cannot be opened either it is not signed with a trusted certiicate.

when i go to start programs and go to live search that works.

how do i get this to work again? do i have to overwrite the live search.exe of the new one with the old one where that live search icon is pointed? or etc?
