Just got my new phone (AGAIN) critique my software, what am I missing???

After battling with the store they finally agreed to just give me a new phone, well refurbished but I didn't want to chance it..

My speaker blew on my old phone, buttons weren't working and so on..

Anyway, here is what I am installing so far. Anything I am missing? or your opinions on MUST HAVES ????

THANKS!!!

third party alarm clock,
MemMaid,
finger friendly,
Flash Video Bundle 1.4.4,
Tcpmp,
iCubeV1.11,
Opera9.5
Rescoexplorer and registry,
sipchange (to make sure my keyboard stays standard,
Battery tweak ( cab file ),
Telenav,
Vista dialer,
Vtap,
and finally WM6 Threaded

Anything I am missing??? I am still trying to decide what I should go with for my main desktop/today
I am thinking about going back to Clauncher, I think I have tried almost every thing out there including buying mobile shell 2.0, but the program just makes no sense to me, it takes to long for me to get to my programs , Clauncher was easy, icons right on my desk top. Anyone have any other suggestions?? I like ultimate launcher, but I couldn't figure it out

THANKS AGAIN!

Most of us like opera mini better. But it's a royal pain to get setup properly.

You sure you're not thinking of something else? I use Opera Mini often - it renders the full page and zooms in just like Safari on the iPhone. Much easier to log into pages using Opers Mini then Pocket IE or even Opera Mobile 8.65
