Speaker blew!! Plus other problems, BRAND NEW PHONE

I got my phone brand new about 4 days ago from insurance. Had my old phone for over a month, played some music and tons of movies through the old phone, never had one issue with it, but I got it wet like a moron!!

That said I got a brand new phone a few days ago and the talk button (green) doesn't work sometimes and the speaker is totally blown!!

Its all staticy. .Is this normal?

you already had one, did it do this? are you playing songs that you flayed on your old one?

sounds like you should call em up and get it replaced...

Have you tried hard reset.

There was a recent thread on the power button acting up on some folks, which I believe was not due to hardware.
