To extract the kitchen, put it in it's directory and run the exe. This will create all your directories for you. Then once you do the same with your rom, copy the *.nbh to your kitchen directory. Then run prepit.bat, it will break it down to something the kitchen can work with. Delete or add the oem's you want. Run Buildos.exe, buildit.bat and flash!

Carefull what you delete though...
In the Kitchen world OEM's are the same as cab's...
If you don't recognize a directory in \sys as something you've seen as a cab, don't delete it!

Re: How to remove unwanted cabs from custom roms?

OEMs that go to the sys folder after running prepit have a dsm made for them, just clear the dsm if you want them to stay in OEM after prepit

no i mean if you clear the dsm, if you build the rom, then prepit later, instead of the files going to sys, they go to oem

All the roms that I have 'reverse engineered' with the kitchen, the oem folders have the exact same files as ones download in the ppcgeek_oem pack. Any that I add show up in buildos, but not the ones already there. I don't know what happens if you delete the oem folder, then add it back in to the OEM folder. I'm sorta tired of flashing twice a day lately...
