Problem with Unread SMS alerts

I use Torx theme and S2U2.

Sometimes these programs will show my missed SMS messages, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. Anyone know why? It's really frustrating. It was working last night,then stopped, and i have soft reset/powered off/on and it will not work again.
