daylight savings issue?

I'm not sure what the hell happened to my touch. The battery drains fast and the screen wakes up way to often, it didn't used to I don't think. Anyway not I notice my time keeps reverting back an hour. Why?

Re: daylight savings issue?

What is your signal quality? Are you in an EVDO area (EV at the top) or in a 1x network area?

If your signal is weak or non-existant then the Touch will use more battery trying to find the signal than if you are in an area with good signal. It is also known that the clock works strangely when in roaming mode.

Re: daylight savings issue?

I have the same problem with the clock. For some reason, every once in a while my clock goes back one hour. When I change it to the correct time, a few minutes later it will change back to the wrong time.

Was there a DST patch? I thought I remember one. I just hard reset though.

Is the time set to synch? I had the same problem and had to uncheck the synch option. Then set the time correctly. I have talked w/ sprint customer service and they had no idea about what the problem was and suggested taking it to the store so a tech could look at it. But the tech hours are horrible and I can't go without my phone for a couple of days.

Then w/ DST my phone switched to reflect the change and my wifes did not. And I have no idea why.
