Question on Contact Help with Touch

Ok i have all my contacts on the touch but by last name, so is there a easy way to have them sorted by first name? maybe a option or something or would i have to change the names in outlook by changing the last name and then sinc them?

It has to do with the Outlook Settings.

If you set the Contact to display First Name first then it will show up FIrst Name first on the Touch. It's the same for Last Name first. It's a setting for each individual contact saved in Outlook.
