Random Connection Wackiness

When ever I connect my phone to my work PC it automatically adjusts my time ahead 1 hour no matter what I set my phone to. Its bumps it by 1 hour, my home PC does not do this, they are both running windows XP. So I was wondering if anyone else had this problem?
