stuck at windows live sign in screen

I turned my phone on and it boot,s but as soon as it starts it goes to a windoes live sign in screen (which it normally signs me in without even having to see this screen). I click on sign in and it just comes back to this screen again. If I hit cancel it just brings me right back to this screen again. I can't get out of this screen. My phone is unusable. i have soft reset 3 times. What is the problem. Why can I not use my phone if I am not signed in to windows live.
