Pictures not saving

When I take pictures they don't save to either the storage card or main device. I don't have anything extra on the phone(stock). Anyone else have this issue?

Re: Pictures not saving

I have it set up so that the pictures should be going to my storage card. I read over at su forums a few others have the same problem. I have my doc>my pic but nothing saves there when I switch for pictures to save to main device. I have storage card>dcim...but no 100media. Any thoughts on what is going on???? I don't want to have to get a ref. phone from insurance.

add folder 100media and see if that works.
If it does, it doesn't solve the main memory not working.
You might want to do a hard reset either way before callling for a replacement.

Re: Pictures not saving

I'm now able to save pictures to main memory. I still can't save to storage card and I'm not able to create new folder in dcim. Any idea how to fix?

Re: Pictures not saving

I had the same problem. I did format the card and put the card in the phone and started working.

I am having a similar problem. I can save pictures just fine to my storage card, but when I save them to main memory, they are no where to be found when I look for them.
Any help would be appreciated....
Thanks...

They should be in my pictures, my documents, or in the main windows folder.
Maybe name the picture/file and save to main memory. Then search using the find/search function in programs to try to locate it.
You can use an app like Schaps Advanced Config to specify in the registry which folder pictures, videos, and audio files will be saved to. Maybe try that.
