want to watch tv on my phone

i know about Slingplayer etc but i recall a free program to watch on my phone from my pc i have a tv tuner etc and want to watch what is streaming on the pc to be seen on my phone. i recall there is something out there but forgot the name

help me please

i just found something called mytinytv.com working on it kinda hard lol but thanks mosedef29 that was the one i was looking for am try both

ive tried all the "free" tv apps out there and none appealed to me except mobitv and i think you have to pay a fee for that..

so i went out and bought a slingbox and bought the one time fee slingplayer and im very happy.
