Re: Can't open messaging app
If you have attachments stored on the storage card selected in the email options, just delete the inbox file on your storage card and re-boot. Should fix this well known issue on the Vogue.
In the future, a search would turn this up, so perhaps try that first... |

Nicely and politely handled. Much better than simply YELLING "search first!!!!"I have added to your rep.

Re: Can't open messaging app
I have a similar problem except I cant open text messaging at all. I click on the send text Icon, or on SMS in the cube and there is no response. Under contacts where it says Send Text, that doesnt do anything either. Weird thing happened this morning, I noticed my phone was suddenly 3 hours behind. So I had to update the clock.

Re: Can't open messaging app
I don't have a storage card in the phone (and never have). I searched for inbox*.mst* using Total Commander but did not find anything.
I deleted the 0 byte file in \windows\messaging and there is nothing in \windows\messaging\attachments. But, it did not seem to help. I still cannot open the text messaging app. |

Re: Can't open messaging app
Time for a hard reset then. Back up any data you have, contacts, pictures, schedule etc. with activesync or PIM Backup, or whatever other method you choose.
Next, hold the send and end keys while pressing the reset button with the stylus until a grey screen pops up, and then follow those instructions. |
