RevA hit the Mogul and it was front page news on every phone site.
You really think the Touch on Bell has a working gps and no one knows about yet.
Highly unlikely.
In regards to the GPS and whether or not it exist, it's a dead horse and it's been beat way too long.
There is a sticky at the top of Touch forum "Touch Consolidated Answers..GPS, WiFi, etc"
and there is this info from Sprint.

Why do people keep saying the Touch doesn't have gps? It is built into the chipset just like the Mogul and it does have the gps enabled with the latest rom update...this has been confirmed. It is just a matter of time before it is enabled on ,the Touch.

Bell does NOT have the GPS enabled, just like telus' touch

I don't see why the AGPS would be enabled by now on bell's touch without any update, that's stupid!!!!

Sprint would really benefit in the customer satisfaction department by hiring ONE person to answer these fr@!in questions and work with the forum communities...

So true. Hire one person to go around on the forums and talk to people. That would save them so much CSR time it's unbelievable.
