Being Original Can You Do It

Well... I'm already wanting to devote my time to other things besides buiding ROMs.

I'm learning C# (shouldn't be hard since I know C and Java) so I can build a few graphical things

I don't have any sort of timeline, (this should give you an idea of what my goals are lol) but one of my first projects is to port the nbh2dbh and dbhdecode perl scripts into a console app. Then I would build a GUI interface for it.

Way more challenging! (I'm also diving into c#) Shoot small! Don't try make a Gooey-kitchen on the first go! <G>

I always have big goals, but take baby steps. I wanted to convert the perl scripts since they would give me a good foundation on file handling and data transformation.

My next step would probably be to play around with oems since that would let me learn xml handling and some more file handling. I would probably need to read up on buildos to find out what it does exactly!

That was not nice. Perhaps a thread for you chefs to post works in progress so others will know it is going on? Let us look for a solution
