Changing the title bar battery to show % changes

I've seen recently a fix to change your battery to show 1% increment changes but for the life of me I can't find it now. Can someone tell me where to find the fix for this?

You need to change the battery.dll when you cook your rom, use a rom with the battery.dll cooked into it, or find the battery.dll cab. Try checking the Titan forum, as it is in there somewhere. Just search battery.dll
