installing into CAB?

Unless things are simple I am lost to technology. Many people on here use computer terms that confuse me. How do I install files into CAB? I actually don’t even know what that means.

I’ve download applications before that automatically transferred the program into my phone but not everything is that simple. Can someone give me instructions?

I'd love to get the Cube 2.0 but I have no idea how to install anything into a CAB file.

Here is a simple explanation:

On a Windows-based computer you run exe files, right?

Well, on Pocket PCs (like the Touch) a CAB is like an exe on a computer.

In other words, whenever you install something from a CAB it means that you transfer a CAB file over to your phone, and then run it by clicking on it from File Explorer. With a CAB there is no need to connect your phone to your computer to install it.
