HHC Home Customizer

I installed this and now I want to use something else, but after uninstalling it, it still acts like it is still there. I am considering reinstalling and putting all settings to original and uninstalling again but I am concerned that it won't let me change any of the settings again. BTW I am trying to use S2U2 settings.
