Re: Why should I upgrade to 6.1??

Yeah, kiss Sprint TV goodbye with that.

I just hope no one puts that in google, the easier it is to find, the easier for it to get killed off. :/

Re: Why should I upgrade to 6.1??

after loading up wm6.1 with dereks and nuerom, i thought it was pretty sluggish.
im now defaulted back to stock sprint rom... and everything is nice and smooth.

but i miss the threaded sms (pretty much the only thing i miss)
i'll wait for an official 6.1 or later update with more bug fixes.

What exactly do you mean by sluggish?

Im not sure about two times but i have noticed an increase in battery. I used to have to charge it once, most times twice, a day on the stock ROM. With no2Chems i usually charge it once every other day and thats using IE and BT alot!

Re: Why should I upgrade to 6.1??

Been running a non-stock ROM and sure there are some minor bugs but overall its worth the experience. I concur with my buds here that it is worth moving. Battery life, signal strength, speed, voice clarity etc..

Re: Why should I upgrade to 6.1??

I too have been hesitant. Really, I love most everything about the Sprint stock rom. Most of the 6.1 roms have something missing from it that is essential on the stock rom. It seems that everyone gets rid of the HTC Touch 20key keyboard for some reason, for one. When one comes out that is basically sprint stock with 6.1 ill get it.
